Marketing Manager

Location: Bozeman, MT (relocation paid)

Zinovo, the leading Salesforce support and managed services company is looking for a marketing manager to own and lead and play a pivotal role in growing our capabilities and being empowered to make your own strategic and tactical decisions.

You will have a hands-on role in digital marketing campaigns, being part of how we expand existing tools as well as exploring new tools. You will be driving many new digital marketing strategies and tactics that will ultimately drive brand awareness and provide demand generation support to an expanding sales organization. You will experience and be part of a department at the early/entrepreneurial-like stages, while working for a company who is experiencing new client, revenue and overall valuation growth and maturity.

Responsibilities:

  • Demand Generation: Drive demand that generates targeted B2B leads and generates brand awareness

    • Build and execute targeted ad campaigns via Google / Facebook / LinkedIn

    • Build and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using Pardot

    • Track, analyze, and report campaign metrics

    • Optimize campaigns to achieve positive ROI using various techniques (e.g. A/B testing)

    • Manage/maintain a calendar of marketing campaigns

    • 2-3 quarterly white papers on various but targeted via deep research and coordination with Zinovo leadership

    • Design and develop marketing materials (digital and hard copy)

    • Role will additionally include:

      • Creative guidance in advertising creation/messaging

      • Administrative and project management support/logistics of any marketing projects

  • Press/Public Relations/Social Media

    • Content creation and review (posts, press-releases, articles)

    • Designing and working with respective leadership to ensure that all messages align with value propositions to various customer bases

    • Social media posting and management

    • Relations with press, and managing aspects of public relations strategy and execution

    • Manage/maintain a calendar of public relations/ social media posts where applicable

  • CRM/ Sales Operations: Support sales research, and data organization

    • CRM & client contact organization and maintenance

    • Project lead for enhancing CRM system for use by sales, marketing, and account teams

  • Conference Coordination & Event Management

    • Working with our team to determine ideal conference opportunities to present, exhibit, sponsor and attend

    • Reaching out to conferences & thought leaders to schedule speaking opportunities

    • Coordination of all aspects of conferences: marketing materials, exhibition planning, event planning

    • Fully understand our products and be able to discuss all product features with clients, partners, press, and other outlets

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a digital marketing role, with experience in paid/organic marketing, lead generation, social media and email marketing

  • Deep interest in a career in hight-tech professional services-related marketing, and experience in consulting and professional services a plus

  • In-house experience, preferably with at least 2 years in-house.

  • You have successfully developed, executed, measured, and optimized goal-oriented digital marketing campaigns for B2B purposes

  • Experience using lead-gen tools such as DiscoverOrg or similar

  • You're experienced and deeply comfortable in using/managing/setting up:

  • Marketing & Sales tools: CRM (Salesforce), Google AdWords (SEM, Certified a plus), Google Analytics, Email Marketing Tools, Marketing Automation Tools, MS Office/Google Drive tools; Adobe Illustrator/inDesign a plus

  • Social Media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.

  • You'll contribute to and enhance our culture; you're self-motivated; you have an intense work ethic; you're maniacally organized; you're independent and think outside the box but you appreciate feedback and direction; & you're able to manage multiple tasks to appropriate completion
