Zinovo was tasked with developing a new product catalog application on Salesforce for a global consumer goods corporation. The solution involved three key components: a native Salesforce Mobile App with foundational configuration, enhanced search and automation, and a foundational build for access to product pricing information. The native app utilized Salesforce's Product object and related objects, integrating product data and PDFs directly into Salesforce for easy access. Enhanced search capabilities were achieved through custom Lightning Web Components and Flows, allowing for efficient filtering and product searches. Additionally, the groundwork was laid for future integration of real-time pricing information, ensuring the app's long-term viability and adaptability.


The implementation of the new Salesforce-based product catalog app yielded significant improvements in several areas.
